I would say this is a new open box condition, I don't even remember powering it on, battery still in original sleeve and new but I advise against using it as it is swollen a bit.

it is spotless expect for a coupe small blemishes on the back.

I think I have a couple more games and movies I might include as well if I find them. but for now this is the list as it is.
