Bought this a while ago, never really used it.

You can use this if you want to extend HDMI over 10 meters

Works using an Ethernet cable (cable not included)

It also has IR receiver and sender, allowing you to use the remote in the room where you extended the HDMI

Used it a couple of times and it needed some troubleshooting like resetting the adapters. Also each adapter needs a power connection. So I decided to just shift my PC to the living room instead. So not using this right now.
