The black Skyborne 49 Backpack from Vanguard is a large pack designed to hold your DSLR with grip and 300mm f/4 lens attached. You'll also have room for additional 4-6 lenses, accessories and your 12" laptop that is held in its own anti-theft removable sleeve complete with handle and shoulder strap.
