Looking for a highly motivated individual to provide Secretarial / Administrative support to Management,
computer related (data entry) and receptionist duties and activities including receiving and handling
information.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities include but not limited too:
* Preparing and managing correspondence reports and documents: Writing, receiving, scanning, filing and
dispatching with representatives
* Organizing and coordinating meetings, conferences, travel arrangements
* Maintaining schedules and calendars for Top Management
* Arranging and confirming meetings/appointments
* Handling incoming mail and other material
* Sending and receiving documents and information to and from companies
* Research and Business development knowledge
* Reporting and analyzing of certain project
Skills:
Highly qualified Executive Admin/Secretary with Minimum 3 years relevant experience
* Bilingual Arabic / English (Fluent in both)
* Good computer skills - MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Internet Usage
* Excellent Organizational and Administrative Skills.
Skills
• Strong organizational skills, detail oriented, and the ability to multitask
• Good English Communication Skills, and Knowledge of Arabic will be an added advantage
• Bachelor's Degree /High School/Diploma Equivalent 
• Should have administrative /secretarial experience. 
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook 
• Ability to interact and communicate with employees of all levels internally and externally.
Minimum 3-4 years experience. Must be able to join immediately.
